I strongly encourage everybody and anybody to have their dogs trained with Brittany at Twisted Clovers. We have a daughter that has special needs as well as a 7 year old Great Dane. They did a great job of listening to our family dynamics and asking us questions to make it a win-win for the dog and us. Queenie is adorable, attentive, loving, smart, and cuddly and has helped our daughters in so many ways. We had Queenie trained with Brittany at Twisted Clovers and I am not sure there are enough words to describe how helpful and amazing she was to work with. She helped in the matching process and did a wonderful job not only training Queenie but also training us!!!! Brittany worked on specific tasks that would help our daughter be able to easily interact and love a puppy. We were even lucky enough to have Brittany deliver Queenie to us and help us introduce Queenie to each member of our family and educate us on how to do each command. We felt like we had a very easy and fast transition into having a new puppy because of Brittany! I can speak for my husband and I when I say that we will not get another dog again without Brittany training it first. Thank you, for helping us find the new addition into our family. Queenie has been a wonderful addition to our family and we love her so much!!

Oakley joined my family on October 5, 2018 at the age of 9 months. I had talked to Brittany about the type of dog I was looking for, one that would become a certified therapy dog and work in the office with clients with me, and she told me that Oakley would be a good fit for what I was looking for. She had been training him and knew him well. When I met this adorable boy and decided he was “the one,” Brittany showed me what commands he knew and gave me information to take home to continue his training. Oakley was crate trained and knew sit, stay, down, heel, potty, “kennel” (to get into his crate), “load” (to get into the car), and “leave it.” It was a long seven hour drive back to my home with thunderstorms and heavy traffic, and Oakley remained calm the entire drive home while in my back seat uncrated, just as Brittany said he would. He is an affectionate boy who loves to be near me, and I love how Brittany trained Oakley to cuddle. He is content when in his crate and does not try to get out of it or bark. Oakley heels well when walking and wants to please. He is extremely intelligent and got such a great start with his training from Brittany, which I am continuing. I highly recommend Brittany as a dog trainer. I am very pleased with the training Oakley received.

Five stars are not enough...let me begin by saying that we could not have been more impressed with Brittany’s professionalism and preparation for our arrival. It was quickly obvious that she had spent countless hours working with Emori providing her with a dedicated structured environment to correct her issues. In the brief encounter we had with her and her husband they came across as wonderful people who care deeply about the welfare of animals and their successful relationship with people. On a scale of 1-100 Brittany gets a 101 rating from me. I am very impressed on how good of shape she is in and will immediately be able to increase the length of runs as Emori just wants to go! I am enamored with the Dalmatians and thanks to Brittany, I have found the Dal of my dreams. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you!

Taking our puppy to obedience lessons was a high point in our week. Brittany's gentle ways, wise and comprehensive methods, and winsome manners set a positive atmosphere for us and our dog. She knows how to motivate, and she knows what she's doing! Our puppy quickly learned while we were at the lesson and remembered at home as we practiced. Thank you!

I have the pleasure of owning a young adult Labrador Retriever that was trained by Brittany Murphy. This training was critical in assisting us in acclimating her to a new home and new environment in California. She had been a kenneled dog who had not had the experience of being in a home and with a family. Brittany taught her all her commands including sit, stay, heel, come, wait, get in kennel, ride in the car, etc., in preparation for her coming home with us. She was beautifully behaved and the commands were well reinforced so she quickly adapted to a change in handler and had a great vocabulary for understanding what we wanted from her. I can't say enough positive things about Brittany's ability as a trainer! She did an extremely professional job of training this young, inexperienced dog and making her ready to join our family. She came home and quickly passed the CGC test with me as her handler and is now working as a therapy dog with the elderly and children. Thank you Brittany for all you did for us!

We are very pleased with the training that Lucy received from Brittany. The crate training made the transition into our home much easier. She is comfortable and accustomed to being in the crate when we leave. She also has a good foundation of training for us to build on and continue to work with her. Thanks!

Learn More about Brittany and Twisted Clovers
Established: 2016
Twisted Clovers was founded by Brittany Murphy (now married and Brittany Demro) in the fall of 2016 upon graduation from college with degrees in horse training, management, and business. Twisted Clovers quickly grew by word of mouth and a reliable reputation in horse and dog training. Our love has always been for animals but really started to focus on Quarter Horses and Labrador Retrievers. We are exciting to still be growing and look forward to adding more projects to share with the public.
Our Logo
4-H has always been a huge part of Brittany's youth and starting her in training her own animals. Seeing what the judges were looking for in training, but also in breeding qualities really started her love of animal studies. We have incorporated the symbol of the clover into our work. The clover also represents our Irish roots and qualities of being strong, stubborn, and hard working.

Education
Brittany graduated from Ellsworth Community College of Iowa Fall, Iowa at the top of her class with a double major in Equine Science and Equine Management. Although these degrees are geared towards horses, these skills have transitioned into how animals in general think, process new training, and command installment. She has been very blessed in accepting an internship to Florida to work with Arabian sport horses in the summer of 2015 and another internship to Louisiana to work with Service Dogs in the spring of 2019.
Brittany has done many dog activities including Rally, Agility, Obedience, Showmanship, Confirmation (bench), and be in the field with both water fowl and upland hunting as well as squirrel and coon hunting with hounds.
Education continues on and we are proud to be a source of knowledge.

Today
Brittany is an active part of the community including volunteering her time to help instruct horse and dog programs for youth. You can also see her in local parades and around the community helping or with a dog doing training work. Support her business by purchasing apparel and hats with her logo on them (shop now). Our goals are still to work with and produce amazing well-rounded dogs for families of all ages and backgrounds for years to come.
Cade Demro has come to play an important role in Twisted Clovers as Brittany's husband. He is steady, great with the animals, the best chauffeur, and the giver of endless support. Without his ability to believe and see the future of Twisted Clovers with Brittany, I'm not sure we would still be around today.
Thank you for your support! It does not go unnoticed!
